After a free consultation and design phase, we get ready to receive your samples, such as soil, water, and plant tissues.

After receiving the samples, we extract the environmental DNA and prepare it for sequencing.

Sequencing of the libraries is performed on the Ilumina MiSeq platform.

Library Preparation and Illumina Sequencing
Our services are modular: clients may submit raw samples, already-extracted DNA, or amplicons ready for sequencing. In addition to commonly used primers such as 16S and ITS, we can also work with primers for other markers upon explicit request from the client.
The price refers to the complete package, but can be adjusted for individual phases.
The unit price may be reduced if a larger number of samples is provided.

Bioinformatic Analysis Service
The pipelines used by our team are continuously updated to ensure increasingly accurate results. Taxonomic assignment is performed by comparing multiple databases to provide more reliable information. For certain specific taxa, we also use customized databases to deliver a more comprehensive classification.
The unit price may be reduced if a larger number of samples is provided.
Ready-to-Use Raw Data
Processing of FastQ files received from the sequencing platform (including demultiplexing, denoising, clustering, quality filtering, and taxonomic assignment).
Deliverables: Final report, file with taxonomic classification, ASV abundance matrix and Phylogenetic tree.

Statistical Analysis and Visualization
Implementation of standard analytical approaches commonly adopted in scientific studies.
Deliverables: Alpha and Beta diversity analyses with corresponding visualizations, Taxa distribution plots, statistical analysis and plot of differential abundance, statistical analysis and plot of functional differences.
